Join us for a full day of Smart Cycling!

We will start the day in the classroom where we will discuss rules of the road, safety and best practices for road bicycling, how to perform bicycle safety checks, and more. After lunch we will go over some on bike safety skills and practice safe riding on multi-use trails and streets together.

Participants are required to wear a helmet in order to participate in the on bike section.

Those who complete the full training and associated exams will be eligible to participate in the course to become League Cycling Instructors.

Participants must be 16 years of age or older. Class size is limited to 15.
